Lemon balm supports the function of the central nervous system by helping to overcome nervous tension and normal sleep. Dr. Toshkov treats insomnia, fear neurosis with the help of Matochina.

LEMON BALM Dr. Toshkov Dosage:

Lemon balm is taken from 3 to 6 tablets daily after meals, and the maintenance dose recommended by Dr. Toshkov is 2 tablets in the evening. The beneficial effect of Lemongrass is manifested after the 1st week of intake. To achieve a lasting result, it is necessary to take it for a long time (at least 3-4 months).

The herb used in Lemongrass has a proven origin and the highest quality in Bulgaria. It is collected in the cleanest regions of Bulgaria - the Rhodope Mountains, Rila, Pirin and Stara Planina.
