  • Senna tea, folium sennae. Due to the pace of life, stress and poor diet, many people periodically suffer from constipation. An infusion of senna, a plant known for its laxative properties, may be the right solution. It works effectively and relatively quickly.

Composition:
Senesu leaf (Folium Sennae) - 100%.

Action:
Senes contains a lot of active substances, the most important among them are: A and B, and C and D, and also flavonoids and mucous compounds. It is their content that affects the effective laxative effect of senna tea. Active substances stimulate the intestinal walls to produce mucus faster and improve intestinal peristalsis, which affects the faster shifting of faecal matter. This mechanism lasts up to several hours, therefore the most effective is to drink the senna directly before falling asleep.

Application: The Senna Natura only tea is recommended to be used as a laxative in constipation.

Additional information:
Senna infusion is not suitable for long-term use as it leads to intestinal looseness.

Contraindications:
Do not use in children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during monthly bleeding, inflammation of the appendix, ulceration of the large intestine and renal failure.

Directions for use:
One sachet pour 3/4 cup boiling water, brew about 10 minutes. Heat a warm infusion at bedtime. Do not use for more than 7-10 days. In the event that there is no improvement after 3 days, a medical consultation is necessary.
