Medical device Fomukal is a specialist mouthwash intended for patients suffering from oral pain, inflammation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa and dry mouth.

Action

Fomukal is a medical device that is in two bottles in its original packaging. The first one contains calcium ions, the second one phosphate ions. Combining these liquids before rinsing the mouth causes high saturation of the solution that cleanses the oral mucosa.
The compound of phosphate and calcium ions is not stable, therefore, too large mixtures should not be prepared with the intention of leaving "for later". The solution combined from two bottles is active for about 30 minutes, during which time the mouth should be rinsed. Fomukal can be used before planned chemotherapy or radiotherapy to prepare the mucosa for the effects of oncological therapy.
You can also start using Fomukal liquid during oncological therapy with the appearance of symptoms of dry mouth or inflammation of the oral mucosa.
There are also no time limits for the duration of Fomukal liquid use. Fomukal is used chronically as a support in the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, in chronic or temporary dry mouth and as an element of daily oral hygiene.

Dosage

Using the enclosed measuring cups, measure 15 ml of FOMUKAL A solution (transparent bottle) and 15 ml of FOMUKAL B solution (brown bottle).
Mix the measured amounts of solutions in a clean glass. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 1 minute using 1 part of the solution and then spit out the solution.
Repeat the procedure using the remaining 1 part of the solution and spit out.
After using FOMUKAL liquid, rinse the measuring cups with clean water.
