Nevertheless, everyday life often has to go on: the household is waiting or an important meeting is imminent, so that sometimes we cannot take a break. Dolormin ^® Extra helps in such situations . The pain relieving effect of Dolormin ^®Extra usually starts after 15 minutes and lasts up to 8 hours. Dolormin ^® Extra relieves light to moderately severe pain and fever quickly and for a long time.

Recommended intake : Use of Dolormin ^® Extra
Dolormin ^® Extra film- coated tablets should be taken as described in the package insert or as prescribed by a doctor.
The recommended dosage depends on body weight and age: 20-29

kg (children between 6 and 9 years)
• Single dose: 1/2 film-coated tablet Dolormin ^® Extra (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen)
• Maximum daily dose: 1 1/2 film- coated tablets (equivalent to 600 mg ibuprofen)

30 - 39 kg (children between 10 and 11 years)
• Single dose: 1/2 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen)
• Maximum daily dose: 2 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 800 mg ibuprofen)

more than 40 kg (adults and adolescents from 12 years)
• Single dose: 1/2 - 1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 - 400 mg ibuprofen)
• Maximum daily dose: 3 film-

coated tablets (equivalent to 1200 mg ibuprofen) Dolormin ^® Extra are capsule- shaped film- coated tablets with a break notch , whereby the film-coated tablets can easily be divided into two equal halves. Dolormin ^® Extra should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid, for example a glass of water. With a sensitive stomach, Dolormin ^{® can}To be taken extra during meals. The dosage interval depends on the symptoms and should not be less than 6 hours. The recommended total daily dose for the specific age group should not be exceeded.

Important: Dolormin ^® Extra should not be taken for longer than 3 days for children and adolescents, for adults not longer than 3 days in the case of fever and not longer than 4 days in the case of pain. If the symptoms do not improve or even worsen during this period, seek medical advice.
