After using Folio® forte iodine-free up to the end of the 12th week of pregnancy, you can continue to supplement your vitamin supply with Folio® iodine-free from the 13th week of pregnancy. Your breastfed baby receives these vitamins through breast milk. You should therefore ensure that you have a sufficient intake of vitamins while you are breastfeeding!
