  • Omega 3-6-9. composition of five oils that are a source of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids. The food supplement Omega 3-6-9 by Now Foods is an effective way to supplement your daily diet with valuable fatty acids.

Ingredients:
Linseed oil Linum usitatissimum; cold pressed), evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis; cold pressed), oilseed rape seed oil (Brassica napus L., cold pressed), black currant seed oil (Ribes nigrum), pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo), (in total: Omega-3 [alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)] 45%, Omega-6 [linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)] 26.5%, Omega-9 [oleic acid] 17, 5%, others [short-chain fatty acids, saturated fats, phospholipids, etc.] 11%], capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, carobs). Allergen information: may contain gluten, wheat, milk, soy , fish, eggs, crustaceans, nuts.

The content of ingredients in two capsules / six capsules: flax seed oil (cold pressed) - 1.4g / 4.2g, evening primrose oil (cold pressed) - 300mg / 900mg, rape seed oil (cold pressed ) - 260mg / 780mg, black currant seed oil - 20mg / 60mg, pumpkin seed oil - 20mg / 60mg.

Action:
A unique set of oils from flax, rape, pumpkin seeds, black currant seeds and evening primrose seeds contained in the Omega 3-6-9 diet supplement will help to provide the body with important fatty acids: Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), Omega -6 (linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid) and Omega-9 (oleic acid).

Application:
Omega 3-6-9 diet supplement intended for use as a supplement to the daily diet of unsaturated fatty acids. For use over 18 years of age.

Additional information: The
dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store the product in a dry place inaccessible to children, at room temperature (15-25 degrees Celsius). if you are on medication or feel any discomfort, ask your doctor about the use of the supplement. Two weeks before the surgery, the preparation should be discontinued.
