Injuries, laying distress: External injuries to your bird that can occur during transport, after an operation, endoscopy or during an argument with its cage partner are easy to identify. Skin injuries are often caused by cage accessories or damaged bars.
Your bird does not suffer from visible, perhaps even bleeding injuries as much as from an organic disease, but with V 40 you should aim for rapid wound healing in order to protect against infections. Sore feet and open pressure points are often the result of smooth and uniform cage bars. The ankle is always stressed in the same place. This is often accompanied by obesity and a lack of exercise, as well as circulatory disorders. Most of these factors are also causally linked.
If you observe that your bird frequently switches from one leg to the other, spares one foot or the sick foot is visibly swollen and warmed up, this indicates open pressure points that you should treat with V 40. Eliminate the possible causes by, for example, providing a varied range of cage accessories, using natural branches as a replacement for the rods supplied and ensuring that there is sufficient freedom of movement. Even with general exertion and exhaustion, as can be observed after breeding, after transport or exhibitions, V 40 helps the bird to regenerate quickly. If the female suffers from acute egg distress, this may be due to temperature fluctuations, bad muscles in the fallopian tubes and cloacal area or simply an egg that is too large or shell-less. However, too much noise, a lack of exercise, unsuitable nesting material or too little lime can cause the laying problem. V 40 - if possible diluted in water with a pipette - provides a quick remedy. Support the laying process with warmth, use the red light lamp!

The administration takes place via the feed or via the drinking water. Depending on the size, 3-8 globules per animal are calculated on approx. 100ml drinking water. The preparations are administered for one to two days or up to several weeks, depending on the area of ​​application. There is no getting used to.

A healthy animal that ingests PETVITAL V preparations does not suffer any disadvantages as a result, the preparation simply has no effect on him. It is therefore not necessary to separate the non-diseased animals from the animals to be treated. Contraindications, side effects and interactions with other preparations are not known.
