1 tablet per day, preferably with food. Do not take at the same time with medication. Take a break for a few hours between receptions. Proper calcium intake is very important for the development and growth of children. Calcium supplements are suitable for children with the following recommended daily intake (RDA): from 0 to 0.5 years - 400 mg; from 0.5 to 1 year - 600 mg; from 1 to 3 years - 800 mg; from 4 to 6 years - 800 mg; from 7 to 10 years - 800 mg. Magnesium is also suitable for children. Its recommended daily intake (RDA) is: from 0 to 0.5 years - 40 mg; from 0.5 to 1 year - 60 mg; from 1 to 3 years - 80 mg; from 4 to 6 years - 120 mg; from 7 to 10 years - 170 mg. It is especially important for pregnant and lactating women to get enough calcium. Calcium is considered safe during pregnancy and lactation with a recommended daily intake (RDA): for pregnant women - 1200 mg;
