Polymax Plus helps to reduce the symptoms of immunodeficiency, restore the immune response, reduce the frequency and severity of complications associated with immune deficiency, improve general condition, appetite and weight gain in conditions of suppressed immunity.

Polymax Plus was created through an innovative modern high-tech process - German technology for extracting immune peptides from pig spleen (spleen), ensuring the purity of the resulting oligo- and polypeptides (cytokines). Assists the immune system in the process of stabilizing it in conditions with impaired lymphocyte status, observed in unbalanced or suppressed immunity.

The peptides in Polymax Plus are of natural origin and can stimulate the immune system naturally, as they are similar to the peptides in the spleen (the largest organ of the lymphatic system) of the human body. In this way, they support the natural protective function of the cells of the immune system, maintaining the necessary controlled level of effectiveness in need of protection. This is a very important feature of the product that distinguishes it from other immunomodulators.

What are peptides?

Every organ and system in the human body needs specific peptides responsible for controlling cellular functions. Peptides control all processes - from the immune system to emotions. A special role is played by peptides in the spleen - universal chemical transmitters of "messages" that control, regulate and stabilize the cells of the immune system and as a result increase its protective function. These peptides are an integral part of the normally functioning immune system and are called cytokines.

Cytokines are released from the white blood cells of the immune system and from tissue cells. Cytokines may include small proteins and biological factors such as interleukins, chemokines, lymphokines, interferons and others.

A number of studies have shown that peptides derived from the mammalian spleen contain glycoprotein from reticuloendothelial cells and taken in tablet form can support the function of the immune system by supplementing the deficiency of immune factors - cytokines.

How are peptides used?

When taking such peptides, there is an increase in the total number of blood cells - lymphocytes, an increase in the values ​​of interleukin 2 and 3, as well as interferon gamma (INF-γ). These and other interleukins activate CD4 cells from the cellular arm of the immune response, stimulate T cell growth and differentiation, modulate the cytotoxicity of T lymphocytes and natural killer cells, and enhance the attraction of macrophages to an antigen. The peptides can be used in various conditions of suppressed immunity, viral (influenza, hepatitis) and other infections.

Some studies have reported a slowing of tumor growth and a reduction in the number of metastases during peptide use in cancer. Applied before or after chemotherapy and radiation therapy to patients with malignant neoplasms, they improve general condition, appetite and weight gain.

What is the duration of the course with Polymax?

The duration of the treatment course is individual, ie. according to the severity of the immunodeficiency symptoms. In case of oncological and diseases it is recommended to take Polymax Plus for a long time, at least 6 months a year.

What is the composition of Polymax Plus?

Each tablet contains 100.2 mg of pig spleen oligo- and polypeptides. One soft gelatin capsule contains mainly purified and concentrated pig spleen oligopeptides ≈ 70% equivalent to 10 mg.

The tablets also contain sorbitol - 49.1 mg, maltodextrin - 49.1 mg, magnesium stearate - 1 mg. The film coating of the tablets contains hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, iron oxide - yellow, glycerol, titanium dioxide, vegetable fat. Soft gelatin capsule contains soybean oil, lecithin. The additional components of the shell are gelatin, glycerol, titanium oxide, iron oxide - yellow.

One original pack of Polimax Plus contains 90 tablets of Polimax and 15 soft capsules of Polimax - enough for one month. Polymax Plus does not contain potentially allergenic peptides. Polymax is manufactured entirely in Germany according to the ISO 9001-2000 standard.

How is Polymax Plus applied?

There are 15 soft capsules with purified and concentrated oligopeptides and 90 tablets in your pack. Take the soft capsules at the same time as the tablets, 1 capsule (daily) every other day, orally with some liquid, 30 minutes before meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Important! Do not take proteolytic (protein degrading) enzymes at the same time as Polymax, as there is a risk of reducing the activity of the product.
