Operation:
Bio Linseed oil Dr Gaja is an unrefined oil obtained from cold pressed Linum usitatissimum L flax seeds, which means that it has preserved its natural nutritional values ​​as well as aroma and flavor. Linseed oil is an excellent source of EFAs, in particular Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid). They affect the lowering of cholesterol in the blood. EFAs are also recommended to children because they support proper growth and development. It is recommended to take 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3) and 10g of linoleic acid (Omega-6) for beneficial effects. Suitable for use on the Dr. Budwig diet.
