Polocard 0.15 g x 120 tablets, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID
  • ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID. The medicinal product for receiving the prevention of cardiovascular disease, and other diseases, accompanied by blood clots in the vessels. Polocard 0.15g contains aspirin at a dose of 150 mg per tablet.

Composition:
active substance per tablet: acetylsalicylic acid - 150 mg; ingredients: corn starch, cellulose powder, sodium starch glycolate, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer, triethyl citrate, titanium dioxide, talc, sodium lauryl sulfate, lakes with red cochineal E-124, colloidal silica, sodium bicarbonate.

Action:
Small amounts of salicylic acid, inhibit the agglutination, or platelet aggregation. In this way, taking Polocard 0.15 g of component in the prevention of clot formation.

Application:
The medicinal product Polocard 0.15g indicated for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases in whose course there is a risk of blood clots, and emboli in blood vessels: the myocardial infarction, misaligned or aligned ischemic heart disease. The medicament is also indicated in the prevention of other diseases in which the course of clot in the vessels.

Contraindications:
Do not use if hypersensitivity to any component of a drug or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use if: asthma, chronic respiratory disorders, edema, rhinitis, hay fever, stomach ulcers, inflammation or gastrointestinal bleeding; severe liver failure, cardiac or renal function, blood coagulation disorders. Do not use while taking anticoagulants or metotreksu in weekly doses 15mg or greater. Do not use the deficiency of glucose-6-fosforwanowej in the third trimester of pregnancy.

Undesirable effects:
In the course of taking some people may experience side effects: gastrointestinal disorders - indigestion, stomach ulcers, duodenal ulcers; hepato-biliary - focal necrosis of liver cells, tenderness, enlarged liver; disorders of the nervous system - dizziness, tinnitus; Renal and urinary disorders - proteinuria, leukocytes and erythrocytes in urine, renal papillary necrosis, interstitial nephritis; cardiac disorders - heart failure; vascular disorders - high blood pressure.

Dosage:
