  • Senefol is used in conditions such as habitual constipation, atonic and the resulting errors diet. Empty your bowel before diagnostic tests. Incidentally, in hemorrhoidal symptoms in order to regulate stool.

Composition:
Sennae folium cum fructus (senna leaf and fruit) - 300 mg.
Auxiliary components: potato starch, colloidal silicon dioxide (E551).
Each tablet contains 7.5 mg antranoidów.

Action:
Preparation of natural origin laxative. Included in the formulation glycosides antranoidowe enhance peristalsis of the large intestine, inhibit the absorption of water, which softens the stool and defecation easier. Laxative effect occurs after 6-12 h after dosing.

Indications:

Precautions:
Carefully use in children under 12 years of age and longer than 7-10 days.

Pregnancy and lactation:
Do not use in pregnant or breast-feeding.

Dosage:
Oral. Adults: 1 tablet. 3 times a day or Table 3. bedtime. Elderly and children over 12 years: Table 2. bedtime. Children from 2 to 12 complete r.ż .: depending on body weight 0.5-1.5 Table. a day before bedtime. Drink preparation of at least 1/2 cup of water. In the absence of the therapeutic effect of the next dose may be taken after 12 h. Dosing should begin at the lowest dose, which should be increased, if necessary, to determine the effective dose.
