The Schlage B250P6 is a Grade 2 single cylinder deadlatch, commonly referred to as a night latch, designed for commercial applications such as pool gates, apartment and condominium entrances, utility panels, and pipe chases. This deadlatch offers a combination of security and durability, making it a trusted choice in various settings.

Features:

  • Exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 operational and security standards
  • 9/16″ throw deadlatch resists prying attacks and “shimming” of the latch
  • Metal wood frame reinforcer uses 3″ screws to anchor deep into wood door frame to protect against kick-in attacks
  • Free spinning, tapered cylinder collar with security insert resists wrenching and prying
  • UL 437 listed option resists drilling and physical attack on the cylinder
  • 1″ housing diameter; 9/16″ throw
  • Backset: 2-3/8″ (60 mm) fixed backset standard; 2-3/4″ backset optional
  • Faceplate: square corner 1-1⁄8″ x 2-1/4″ (29 mm x 57 mm) standard
