  • 22 mg hawthorn leaf and flower extract (1:2-4); extraction agent: ethanol 45% (m/m)

A traditional herbal veterinary medicinal product (phytotherapeutic agent) to support cardiac and circulatory function

Many ingredients of hawthorn combine their beneficial effects on the heart in Crataegus ad usum vet. The most important are oligomeric procyanidins, known as OPCs for short. Today we know that these plant components play a key role in the heart-protective properties of hawthorn extract. This is why Crataegus ad usum vet. always contains a consistently high proportion of OPCs.

For dogs, cats and horses that are not used for food production.

Traditionally used to support cardiac and circulatory function. The medicine is a traditional medicine that is registered for this area of ​​application solely on the basis of many years of use.

Dosage for each animal species, type and duration of use
Unless otherwise prescribed by the veterinarian:

 

Horse: 3 to 5 times daily Add 2 ml (40 drops)
Foal: 3 to 5 times daily Enter 1.5 ml (30 drops).
Big dog: 3 to 5 times daily Enter 1 ml (20 drops).
Medium dog: 3 to 5 times daily Enter 0.75 ml (15 drops).

1 drop corresponds to 0.05 ml of liquid.

Note:
The pack containing 250 ml of liquid includes a measuring cup to aid dosing. The duration of use is not limited.

If a dose of Crataegus ad usum vet. is forgotten, the next dose of this medicine should be continued as directed.
