Ingredients:
Guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth.) with 22% caffeine; filler: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell); L-tyrosine; L-taurine; L-leucine; mate leaf extract (Ilex paraguariensis) with 8% caffeine; green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis); riboflavin (vitamin B2); thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Recommended consumption:
take 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid.
We recommend 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at lunchtime. However, you can also take 2 capsules at the same time once a day as needed. In the case of shift/night work, the times can be individually adjusted. Due to the caffeine content, the last capsule should be taken at least 6 hours before going to bed.

Note:
The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
Contains caffeine (100 mg/daily dose). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day (max. daily dose of EGCG = 800 mg/day).
