Warnings:

IbuHEXAL ^® plus paracetamol combines the advantages of both active ingredients in one drug. The drug acts strongly through the different sites and mechanisms of action of ibuprofen and paracetamol. Thanks to ibuprofen, IbuHEXAL ^® plus paracetamol also has a longer-lasting effect than pure paracetamol and has a duration of action of up to 8 hours. Due to the low dosage of the active ingredient ibuprofen (200 mg), the drug is well tolerated by your stomach. Paracetamol also gives IbuHEXAL ^® plus paracetamol its rapid pain-relieving effect (within 15 minutes). This product combines the best of two worlds.

The strong combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen
IbuHEXAL ^®plus paracetamol contains the active ingredients 500 mg paracetamol and 200 mg ibuprofen and is suitable for adults aged 18 and over. The two active ingredients have long proven themselves as part of our medicine chest. Both work in different ways and at different locations in the body. Ibuprofen also has an anti-inflammatory effect. Because of this, the combination in a single painkiller leads to a synergy that is strong and effective against pain in the body - the result: a strong effect with good tolerability.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE ibuprofen, IBUHEXAL plus paracetamol film tablets:

IbuHEXAL ^®plus paracetamol is suitable for use by adults aged 18 and over. The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet up to three times a day. The tablet should be swallowed with water. There should be an interval of at least 6 hours between the individual doses. No more than 6 tablets may be taken within 24 hours (equivalent to 1,200 mg ibuprofen and 3,000 mg paracetamol per day). It is recommended to take it with a meal. This medicine is especially useful for pain that cannot be relieved by the use of ibuprofen or paracetamol alone. IbuHEXAL ^® plus paracetamol is intended for short-term use only (no longer than 3 days).

Can IbuHEXAL ^®plus paracetamol during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Do not take IbuHEXAL ^® plus Paracetamol in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Avoid taking this medicine during the first 6 months of pregnancy unless otherwise directed by your doctor. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant while taking IbuHEXAL ^® plus paracetamol.

Only small amounts of ibuprofen and its metabolites are excreted in breast milk. IbuHEXAL ^® plus Paracetamol can be taken while breastfeeding if taken at the recommended dose and for the shortest possible duration.

IbuHEXAL ^® plus paracetamol can lead to dizziness, difficulty concentrating and drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or use any tools or machines.
