Drink a glass/cup of tea several times a day. Please use a filter bag for a glass/cup. Pour boiling water over the filter bag and leave covered for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the filter bag and gently squeeze out. Drink the freshly prepared warm tea between meals. If you have any questions about dosage or use, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Store the tea in the original package in order to protect from light and moisture. Do not store the item above 25°C out of the reach of children.
