Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of a calorie restricted diet*

BIO Konjac Glucomannan Saturation Powder from GSE consists of konjac flour obtained from the ground and dried rootstock of the konjac plant. This flour is particularly rich in glucomannan (approx. 40%), the essential ingredient in the saturation powder. A natural extraction process produces an extract with a glucomannan content of at least 85%.

Glucomannan has a high water binding capacity, namely it can bind up to 100 times the amount of water of its own mass. The high water-binding capacity of glucomannan leads to thickening of the water in the stomach. A highly viscous liquid is created, which leads to a long-lasting feeling of satiety.

Recommended ORGANIC KONJAC Glucomannan dosage :


Take 1 measuring spoon (1.2 g) 3 times a day before meals with plenty of liquid (1-2 glasses of water, 200 ml each).

A positive effect is only achieved with a daily intake of 3 g glucomannan in three portions of 1 g each in connection with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
