Quercetin is a valuable secondary plant substance that belongs to the group of polyphenols (flavonoids). The patented quercetin phospholipid enables 20 times the bioavailability of conventional quercetin. This has been proven by a recent study 3 .

The special thing about quercetin phospholipid is the combination of quercetin with the plant enzymes bromelain (from pineapple) and papain (from papaya).
