The Climester dietary supplement contains extracts from common hop cones, Ashwagandha root and soybean seeds, as well as calcium, magnesium, folic acid and vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, D and K. This is a preparation intended for women struggling with symptoms of menopause. Magnesium together with riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folates, vitamins B6 and B12 help reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium, magnesium and vitamins D and K support the maintenance of healthy bones. Magnesium, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamins B6 and B12 support the proper functioning of the nervous system, and calcium supports the maintenance of proper neurotransmission.
