Potassium phosphoricum strengthens overexcited nerves. Potassium is essential for our body, including for nerve conduction and muscle function. The chemical element phosphorus is related to light and heat. Potassium phosphoricum supports the regeneration of overstressed nerves and has a regenerating effect after physical and mental exertion.

How can you counteract stress and nervousness?
In order to maintain inner balance, treating yourself mindfully and doing exercises to deal with negative stress can be helpful:

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is: Take 1 tablet 3 to 4 times a day. Neurodoron® can be used for up to 2 weeks in the case of acute symptoms. After consultation with the doctor and clarification of the causes, it is recommended to take it over a longer period of time in the case of chronic diseases.
