Well-being and safety when handling the prosthesis are very important for the wearer of third teeth. However, pressure pain and extreme adhesion problems cause problems for many of those affected. With such problems, Protefix adhesive pads made of a molded fiber fleece have proven their worth. The Protefix adhesive pads softly line the prosthesis without noticeably changing the bite height. In this way, pressure pain and pressure points are avoided, especially with interim prostheses (transitional prostheses) or in the adjustment phase to a new prosthesis.
Protefix adhesive pads also improve the adhesion of the prosthesis in the case of difficult jaw conditions and jaw regression. The adhesive pads provide a long-lasting, secure fit with extreme adhesion problems.
