Zinc 15 Plus provides 15 mg of zinc per tablet. This formula combines Zinc with Betaine HCl for optimized absorption. Zinc is of the utmost importance for the organism. The human body contains about 4 g of zinc, which is necessary for growth and proper functioning of the metabolism. Zinc is contained in all organs as well as in erythrocytes (red blood cells) and leukocytes (white blood cells). Bones, skin, hair, nails and the genitals have particularly high zinc levels.
