How is Avitale D-Mannose Plus used?
The recommendation is to stir the contents of a portion stick or a teaspoon (approx. 2.5g) into approx. 200 ml of water between meals and drink it once a day. Deviating from this, the recommended intake for the tablets is take 1 tablet twice a day in the morning and in the evening with sufficient water. Maintain an interval of approx. 1 hour between meals.
