EPIBAC alkaline ear cleaner for dogs, cats

For gentle cleaning of the ears of dogs and cats.

Alkaline ear cleaner with chlorhexidine and Tris-EDTA for dogs and cats
Epibac® is a well-tolerated ear cleaner.

Regular thorough ear cleaning is particularly important when there is bacterial inflammation of the external auditory canal. This deprives the bacteria of their nutritional basis and enables the use of antibiotics.

By setting the pH to 8, Epibac® is also suitable for ear cleaning when topical treatment with antibiotics is to be carried out, the optimum of which is in the basic range. The substances contained in Epibac® do not cause any additional burning in the ear canal during treatment, which makes regular cleaning easier.

Chlorhexidine digluconate reduces exposure to altered skin flora. It is not irritating in low concentrations.

Tris-EDTA enhances the effect of chlorhexidine digluconate.

Propylene glycol has cerumenolytic and moisturizing properties.

Witch hazel water and ribwort extract nourish and soothe irritated skin.

Aloe Vera leaves the skin feeling pleasant.

Composition:
Propylene glycol, chlorhexidine digluconate, witch hazel water, ribwort extract, aloe vera, Tris-EDTA

Application:
Pour the solution into the ear canal and massage the base of the ear to loosen the cerumen (ear wax) and flush it up. Carefully remove the leaked material with a cotton ball or gauze (please do not use cotton swabs). Carefully dry the outer areas of the ear canal and the auricle.

If necessary, repeat once or twice a day over a period of at least 10 days.

Notes:
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.

In the event of contact with the eyes, flush with copious amounts of water.
