MAGNEFAR B6 Composition:
1 tablet contains the active substances: 500 mg tetrahydrate
hydrogen-aspartate magnesium (34 mg of magnesium ions), 5 mg of
pyridoxine (vitamin B 6 ), and other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

MAGNEFAR B6 Action:

The active substance MAGNEFAR B 6 are wodoroasparaginian magnesium and vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine).Magnesium regulates the flow of ions into the cell prevents thecalcification of blood vessels, reduces the neuromuscular excitability,calms and influences on the development and mineralization ofbone. Magnesium deficiency may manifest as fatigue, physical andmental, increased irritability, susceptibility to stress, tension muscle, arrhythmia and hypertension. The demand for magnesium in an adult human is about 5 mg / kg body weight / day. In the states of larger deficits, as well as during intense exercise, the rapid growth in children, women pregnant and lactating demand increases to 7-10 mg / kg body weight / day.

Contraindications:
