NIENDORFS lion sleep liquid Use:

Just before bed, rub 2-3 drops of the oil into your palms, then massage onto your neck and pulse (inner wrists). Then hold your still oily hands in front of your face and inhale the fragrance deeply for 30 seconds. If you wake up at night, put 1-2 drops in your hands again and smell them.

The effect often occurs with the first application. If not, be sure to continue using the oil every night. Sleeping disorders have to be "learned" again, especially in the case of long-standing sleep disorders. This is a process, give your body time!
