  • NO-SPA MAX is a preparation intended for oral use, which, thanks to its antispasmodic properties, eliminates pain resulting from spasms (both of nervous and muscular origin).

Composition:
80 mg drotaverine hydrochloride,
lactose monohydrate, corn starch, povidone, magnesium stearate, talc, polyvinyl alcohol, quinoline yellow lake, macrogol, E171, yellow iron oxide lecithin (E172)

Action:
The product belongs to a broad category of preparations showing spasmolytic properties towards smooth muscles. It contains drotaverine hydrochloride. Its mechanism of action consists in stopping phosphodiesterase IV, which in effect causes an increase in cAMP level, stimulation of myosin light chain kinase and relaxation of smooth muscles. The preparation is administered in diseases occurring with spasms of neurogenic and muscular origin.

Contraindications:
- allergy to the ingredients of the preparation
- serious liver, kidney or heart failure
- atrioventricular block of the second and third degree
- age under 12 years

Indications:
Use in the case of spasmodic smooth muscle conditions accompanying diseases of the biliary and urinary tracts. Administer as an adjunct in spasmodic smooth muscle conditions of the digestive tract, painful menstruation and headaches of vascular etiology.

Dosage:
Use orally. For adults, use 1 tablet x 2-3/24h, for adolescents over 12 years of age, administer 1 tablet x 1-2/24h.
