Pantostin solution, Alfatradiol, , androgenetic alopecia (hormonal hair loss)
Areas of application:
To increase the reduced anagen hair rate in mild androgenetic alopecia (hormonal hair loss) in men and women.

Indication :
  • The preparation is a medicine for use in a certain form of hair loss that is caused by a sex hormone (testosterone).

    • To increase the reduced anagen hair rate in mild androgenetic alopecia (hereditary hormonal hair loss) in men and women.
Dosage :
  • Always use this medicine exactly as described or exactly as discussed with your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the preparation is used once a day, preferably in the evening. As soon as the first treatment successes appear, the application can be reduced to every second to third day. This can only be expected after a month at the earliest.


  • Duration of application
    • There are no clinical findings regarding the effectiveness and tolerability of use for longer than 1 year. Longer use may therefore only be carried out after consulting a doctor.
    • Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of is too strong or too weak.
