  • Biotynox 5mg contains biotin. It is a vitamin from group B. Its deficiency in the body can lead to the occurrence of such symptoms as hair loss or the appearance of inflammation, e.g. around the mouth and eyes.

Biotynox 5mg composition:

Active substance: biotin (Biotinum). One tablet contains 5mg of biotin and auxiliary substances: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, type A crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate.

Biotynox 5mg action:

A vitamin preparation with a high content of biotin. Biotynox 5mg is recommended for use in the treatment of biotin deficiency in the body. The function of biotin is, among others, supporting the processes of keratin formation and the differentiation of epidermal cells, hair and nails, thus improving their condition. Biotin deficiencies are usually seen in the form of excessive hair loss, disturbed growth of nails and hair, and inflammation around the eyes, ears, mouth, nose and crotch.

Application:

Biotynox 5mg is indicated for the use of biotin deficiency treatment, which is manifested by hair loss, hair and nail growth disorder, skin inflammation located near the eyes, nose, mouth, ears and crotch. The drug is used after excluding other causes.

Additional information:

Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. The drug contains lactose, people with intolerance to some sugars should consult a doctor before using the drug. The drug contains less than 1mmol - 23mg of sodium in one tablet, which is why the medicine is considered to be sodium-free.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug. Do not use below 12 years of age. Application during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.

Side effects: Side effects
may occur with some people while taking the medicine. Very rare: allergic reactions, urticaria. Frequency unknown: rash, headache.

Dosage Biotynox 5mg:

Use as directed by your doctor or follow the instructions on the leaflet. Recommended starting dose: 5mg, for severe symptoms: 10mg, use for 4 weeks, then reduce to 5mg. The drug used before eating, sipping a glass of water. The duration of treatment depends on the course of the disease, usually after about 4 weeks, the symptoms disappear. Use in children over 12 years of age: only under medical supervision. If you do not improve after 4 weeks of using the medicine, consult your doctor.
