  • Granudacyn Wound gel is a medical device for use in cleaning and moisturizing wounds. The preparation is intended for use, e.g. for acute and chronic wounds, superficial wounds, contaminated wounds and burns.

Composition of Granudacyn Gel for wounds:

Water, sodium chloride, hypochlorous acid, sodium hypochlorite, colloidal silica.

Action of Granudacyn Gel for wounds:

A multifunctional agent for quick cleaning, rinsing and moistening of wounds. The Granudacyn wound gel medical device is suitable for acute, chronic, superficial wounds, cut wounds, abrasions and 1st and 2nd degree burns, wounds colonized or infected in human body cavities (i.e. mouth, nose and ears). The gel mechanically removes microorganisms, prevents infections, i.e. prevents the growth of bacteria (Gram + and Gram-, including: MRSA, ORSA, VRSA, VRE), viruses, fungi and spores, and also effectively keeps the wound moist. It also reduces the unpleasant odor from wounds.

Application:
Medical device Granudacyn Wound gel intended for use in cleaning and moisturizing various types of wounds - acute and chronic wounds, superficial wounds, cuts, abrasions and 1st and 2nd degree burns, wounds colonized or infected in human body cavities (mouth, nose and ears).

Additional information:
Keep the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. Must not be combined with other wound cleansing products such as enzymatic wound cleansers. The gel should be used within 90 days of first opening. The product is not cytotoxic or irritating, free of heavy metals.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product.

How to use Granudacyn Wound Gel:

Use as intended. For external use only. First, using the Granudacyn wound rinse, thoroughly clean the wound and its surroundings, dry it with a gauze pad. Then apply the gel to the wounds and cover the wound with a suitable secondary dressing.
