Composition:
Capsule DHA: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA from algae Life's DHA®); wysokooleinowy sunflower oil; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin;antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols, palmitymian L-ascorbyl; color: iron oxide; humectant: glycerol; gelatine.

Content of the 2 capsules of DHA: DHA - 500mg.

Capsule optima: pyrophosphate, iron (III) emulsifier: lecithin;cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), an antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol, acidity regulator: sodium ascorbate; folate: folic acid (folic acid), glucosamine salt of (6S) -5-metylotetrahydrofoliowego (Actifolin ™ / Quatrefolic®); potassium iodide, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide.

The content of the ingredients in one capsule optima: folate: Actifolin ™ - 400mcg folic acid - 400mcg; Vitamin D3 - 2000j.m. (1000% RDA), iodine - 200 mcg (150% RDA), iron - 30mg (214% RDA).

Action:
The preparation Omegamed Optima Forte contains five key ingredients that experts recommend taking every pregnant woman. These are: DHA, folate, iodine, iron and vitamin D. The composition has been optimized specifically for the needs of Polish women and is an appropriate, the daily portion of components (2 capsules of DHA + 1 optima). DHA supports the normal development of the child, with particular emphasis on brain development and eyesight. It is also important for the resilience and contributes to reducing the risk of asthma and allergies. Increased content of DHA in the preparation helps to reduce the risk of preterm birth (before 34 weeks). Folate, or folic acid, and Actifolin (patented active form of folate, high digestibility) are responsible for reducing the risk of malformations of the nervous system (neural tube defects of the fetus). Pregnant women often have vitamin D deficiency, which must be delivered in a different form. It is important for growth and bone development, and supports the immune system. And with the iron content in the supplement reduces the likelihood of developing anemia in women during pregnancy and the child after birth. Iodine promotes proper growth of the child and normal pregnancy. How to use:
