  • Lirra Gem (levocetirizine dihydrochloride, allergic rhinitis, urticaria). Medicinal product with antiallergic activity Lirra Gem 5mg contains the active substance levocetirizine dihydrochloride. This medicine can be used in people with allergic rhinitis and urticaria.

Composition:
1 tablet contains: levocetirizine dihydrochloride - 5 mg and inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (E 464) Titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 400.

His antiallergic drug owes the contained active ingredient. Lewocytyryzyny dihydrochloride is a substance which is a potent and selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. Gem LIRR drug used in urticaria or allergic rhinitis alleviates the symptoms of these symptoms (sneezing, watery eyes or itching).

The medicinal product LIRR Gem 5mg indicated for use in treating the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including chronic allergic rhinitis, as well as in the treatment of urticaria. This medicine is suitable for adults and for children over 6 years of age.

Additional Information:
Keep out of the reach of children at room temperature. This medicine can aggravate the effects of alcohol. Due to possible drowsiness, exhaustion or fatigue, caution is advised when performing activities such as driving a car or operating machinery. The preparation contains lactose monohydrate.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug. Do not use in the intolerance of certain sugars, with severe renal impairment. It is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use in children under 6 years of age.

Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects when taking this medicine: common - headache, drowsiness and fatigue, dry mouth; Uncommon - abdominal pain, feeling exhausted; Very rare - convulsions, tingling, palpitations, dizziness, syncope, tremor, visual disturbances, spin sensation, taste sensation, painful / difficult urination, inability to completely empty the bladder, retention of body water (edema), pruritus, urticaria, Weight gain, dyspnoea, muscle aches, agitation, aggressive behavior, insomnia, recurrent suicidal thoughts, hepatic dysfunction, hepatitis, nausea, increased appetite.

Follow the doctor's instructions or the directions in this leaflet. Daily dose: one tablet. The tablet should be swallowed whole and watered. The formulation is suitable for both food and non-food use. Without consulting a physician, it is not recommended to take more than 10 days.
