  • An antiviral medicine Heviran Comfort in which aciclovir was used as the active substance. The indication for the use of Heviran Comfort 0.2g is infection caused by the common thistle (Herpes simplex) virus. For people over 18 years of age.

Heviran Comfort composition, antiviral medicine, aciclovir,common thistle (Herpes simplex) virus 0,2g:

Active substance: acyclovir. One tablet contains 200mg aciclovir and auxiliary substances: microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate (type A), magnesium stearate.

Aciclovir is the active substance contained in Heviran Comfort 0.2g inhibits the proliferation of viruses from the Herpes family. Heviran Comfort 0,2g is used to treat recurrent herpes and lips, for people who have been diagnosed with Herpes simplex virus in the past. One tablet contains 200mg of acyclovir.


Heviran Comfort Application:
Heviran Comfort 0,2g indicated for use in the treatment of recurrent litter of the lips and face, which is caused by herpes simplex virus. The drug for adults.

Contraindications:
Do not use in the case of hypersensitivity to aciclovir, valacyclovir or to another component of the drug. Do not use below 18 years of age.

Side effects:
Some people may experience side effects while taking the medicine. Blood and lymphatic system disorders: very rarely - anemia, decreased white blood cell count, thrombocytopenia. Disorders of the lymphatic system: rarely - anaphylactic reaction. Mental disorders and nervous system disorders: often - headaches and dizziness; very rarely - agitation, confusion, tremor, ataxia, speech disorders, hallucinations, psychotic symptoms, convulsions, drowsiness, encephalopathy, coma. Respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders: rarely - shortness of breath. Gastrointestinal disorders: often - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. Hepato-biliary disorders: rarely - transient elevation of bilirubin and liver enzymes in the blood; very rarely - hepatitis, jaundice. Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: common - rash, pruritus; uncommon - urticaria, accelerated, scattered hair loss; rarely - angioneurotic edema. Renal and urinary disorders: rarely - increased urea and creatinine in the blood; very rarely - acute renal failure and kidney pain. General disorders and administration site conditions: often - tiredness, fever.

Dosage of antiviral medicine, aciclovir,common thistle (Herpes simplex) virus, Heviran Comfort 0.2g tablets:

The drug Heviran Comfort should be taken for 5 days: use one tablet five times a day every 4 hours (with a break at night). The tablets are washed down with water, taken independently of meals. During the treatment, the supply of fluids should be increased. In the case of recurrent infections, it is recommended to start treatment before signs of itching (pruritus, burning sensation of tension) or immediately after the appearance of the first changes. If after 5 days of treatment the symptoms do not go away or become worse, please consult your doctor.
