  • OTREX varicose veins treatment, legs pain. Indications for appro .: reducing the symptoms associated with venous insufficiency of the lower limbs: the feeling of heavy legs, pain, pressure sores due to ischemia. Symptomatic treatment in acute exacerbations of symptoms associated with varicose veins of the anus.

OTREX varicose veins treatment, legs pain Composition:
Diosmin 600 mg of semi-synthetic ingredients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, povidone.

Action:
The product improves the wall tension of veins causes normalization of vascular permeability, protects the vessel to prevent hemorrhagic complications. Animal studies have demonstrated that orally administered diosmin is well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, reaching peak blood levels after 5 h. The distribution of the drug is slow; in the veins of the increased permeability and saphenous vein concentration of diosmin increases 9 h after administration and is maintained for an additional 96 h; elimination has taken place mainly in the urine (79%) and in the faeces and bile.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the diosmin or other ingredients.

Dosage: Oral. Venous insufficiency: 1 tablet. in the morning on an empty stomach. Exacerbation of symptoms from hemorrhoids: Table 2-3. a day with meals.
