Dicopeg Junior is an effective medical device characterized by an osmotic laxative action. Responsible for normalizing bowel function.It contains ingredients are not absorbed by the body and do not undergo fermentation in the gut. Dicopeg Junior does not cause irritation of mucous membranes. It is expelled during defecation unchanged. It has hydrophilic properties which contribute to a significant softening of fecal matter and to facilitate the defecation.The product does not cause shrinkage state or abdominal pain or urgency.

Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to the active components of the preparation
- perforation and / or obstruction of the digestive tract
- lesions of the gastrointestinal tract or excretory, eg. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, toxic megacolon

Indications:
It is recommended to use the product in children and infants from 6 months of age in the case of long-term occasional constipation or bowel dysfunction.

 

Dosage Dicopeg Junior 5g x 14 sachets, constipation in infants, baby constipation:


For oral use. Children from 6 months to 2 years (12 kg) administered sachet 1-2 / 24. Children from 2 to 11 years of age (from 12 kg to 20 kg) administered 2-4 sachets / 24h. Adolescents over 11 years of age (or children over 20 kg) administered 2-6 sachets / 24h. The sachet dissolved in 0.5 cups of water.
