Xylamine®plus is a supplementary balanced diet for the treatment of nutrient deficiencies due to maldigestion (digestive disorders) and malabsorption (impaired absorption of vital nutrients), especially in chronic inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Xylamin®plus contains the polyunsaturated fatty acids a-linolenic acid (ALA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K, the water-soluble vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12 and folic acid, the minerals zinc and iron and the trace element selenium.

The patented carrier system ensures that the ingredients can be optimally absorbed and utilized.

Xylamin®plus was specially developed for use in the acute phase.

Taking Xylamin®plus is not a substitute, but a sensible, natural supplement to drug therapy. Therefore, it should only be done under medical supervision.



Recommendation for use malabsorption, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, XYLAMIN plus capsules


Take 3 x 2 capsules FS-ADEK (silver foil) daily with every meal and 1 capsule B-CEZISE (gold foil) in the evening with a glass of water.
If the symptoms are less severe or if patients are in remission, halving the intake may be sufficient = 3 x 1 capsule FS-ADEK (silver foil) daily and 1 capsule B-CEZISE (gold foil) every other day.

Do not use if you have iron deposits (haemosiderosis) and iron storage disease (haemochromatosis).
Because of the vitamin K content, there can be interactions with anticoagulants of the coumarin type and acetylsalicylic acid, and because of the combination of vitamin E with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), bleeding times can be prolonged. We recommend consulting your doctor before taking it.
Persistent and regular use is a prerequisite for the success of the therapy.
As a biological system, Xylamin®plus is well tolerated and has a lasting effect. The intake should be coordinated with the doctor as part of the overall therapy.
