Indications: bronchial diseases with thick, overly viscous secretions, chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, atelectasis due to bronchial closure by mucus, pulmonary complications after surgery and during anesthesia.

FLEGAMINA cystic fibrosis Composition:
 one tablet contains 8 mg bromhexine hydrochloride

excipients:
lactose monohydrate, sodium carboxymethyl starch, magnesium stearate.

FLEGAMINA cystic fibrosis Action: A synthetic derivative of vasocin alkaloid with strong mucolytic and expectorant activity. It dilutes thick secretions in the bronchi by depolymerisation of acidic polysaccharides. At the same time, it stimulates mucous glands to produce less sticky mucus. Facilitates the ciliary transport of secretions in the bronchi. Administered orally - well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. T0.5 is 12 h. Excreted by the kidneys, mainly as metabolites. It crosses the blood-placental barrier and into breast milk.

 Bronchial diseases with thick, overly viscous secretions, chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, atelectasis due to bronchial closure through mucus, pulmonary complications after surgery and during anesthesia, after diagnostic procedures on the bronchial tree.

FLEGAMINA cystic fibrosis Contraindications:
 Hypersensitivity to the drug. Caution in diseases with bronchial hyperreactivity, peptic ulcer disease. Do not use the drug in the first trimester.

Undesirable effects:
 Rare transient gastrointestinal disturbances, possible transient increase in transaminases.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 10 years of age - 3 times a day, 1 tabl. Children from 5 to 10 years - half a tablet 3 times a day. Children from 3-5 years of age. - half a tablet twice a day
