It's all in the mix! Hildegard connoisseurs swear by it, others have often heard of it. But what exactly is the indispensable Hildegard Birnbrei? Hildegard von Bingen writes that it's like cleaning mold from a pot. The pear honey cure has such a strong cleaning power on our organism. This application is a simple and universal way of efficient and sustainable detoxification. Original by Hildegard also for migraines.

What you need:
In order to cook the much-praised pear porridge, you need a can of Bärwurz pear honey mixed powder, which according to the original recipe consists of the ground herbs Bärwurz, galangal, liquorice and pepperwort. Hildegard praises the special properties of the pear porridge, which you should not only enjoy during alkaline fasting, but more often throughout the year.

Recipe:
• Core 8 pears and cut into cubes
• Boil the pears in a little water and mash them to a pulp
• Then add the entire can of Bärwurz pear honey mixed powder
• Add honey to taste and boil briefly.
• Pour the pear puree into 3 to 4 hot containers.
• It is best to freeze all but one container after cooling
• Defrost the next container as needed.

How it tastes
The pear porridge gets its special taste from the herbal composition of galangal and Bärwurz. The mixture is rounded off with the characteristics of licorice and pepperwort. If you don't like it spicy, you can add a little honey to the pear porridge.

And so eat
1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 teaspoons at noon after eating and 3 teaspoons in the evening at bedtime. A cure lasts about 3-4 weeks, in certain cases such as migraines it makes sense to extend the cure to 8-12 weeks for the first mail.
Tip: Let the porridge slowly melt in your mouth before swallowing.
