In the Schüssler salts metabolism cure, the 4 salts with the numbers 4, 8, 9 and 10 are combined.
When on a weight loss cure, make sure to mobilize fat reserves in order to stimulate fat loss, e.g. through exercise and the consumption or avoidance of certain foods. A negative calorie balance, on the other hand, makes the pounds fall off.

Spread throughout the day:

No. 4 – Kalium chloratum - The salt of the mucous membranes: 6 tablets
No. 8 – Sodium chloratum - The salt of fluid balance: 6 tablets
No. 9 – Natrium phosphoricum - The salt of metabolism: 6 tablets
No. 10 – Natrium sulfuricum - The salt of internal cleansing: 6 tablets
You can use the Schüssler metabolism cure as a standalone cure. This set lasts for around 60 days with the recommended dosage. It can also be used in combination with a holistic metabolism/weight loss program such as the  HCG diet .

Tip:
To make it easier to take, you can dissolve the daily dose in 1 to 1.5 liters of water and drink it throughout the day. Keep each sip in your mouth for a short time so that the minerals can be better absorbed by the oral mucosa.
