The modern antihistamine Desloratadine Aristo ® is used to treat allergic rhinitis and hives . Antihistamines inhibit the effect of histamine, an endogenous messenger substance that is released as an immune response to ward off foreign substances. This messenger substance is increasingly formed during allergic reactions and triggers the typical symptoms, such as e.g. B.
