If the eyes burn and water, are red or there is an unpleasant feeling of a foreign body in the eye, the so-called sand-grain feeling, this is often the result of reduced or disturbed tear film production. Common causes include working at a screen for long periods of time, wearing contact lenses, dry indoor air and other environmental influences. If the external triggers cannot be avoided, eye drops can moisten and lubricate the surface of the eye and help the eyes regain a protective tear film. HYLO-VISION ^® HD eye drops contain 0.1% hyaluronic acid. The natural substance occurs, among other things, in structures of the human eye and in the tear film and is therefore particularly well tolerated. Hyaluronic acid can bind many times its volume in water, adheres well to the surface of the eye and is viscoelastic. HYLO-VISION ^® HD moisturizes, moisturizes and protects the surface of the eye and ensures an even, stable and long-lasting moisture film. RECOMMENDATION FOR USE
Step 1: Before each Application Wash and dry your hands carefully. To open for the first time, turn the screw cap counterclockwise until the safety lock breaks and remove the safety ring.

Step 2: Hold the bottle with the opening facing down and drip 1 to 2 drops of HYLO-VISION ^® HD eye drops into the conjunctival sac per eye. The solution spreads through the blink of an eye and forms a transparent layer of liquid on the surface of the eye.

When using HYLO-VISION ^® HD eye drops in conjunction with contact lenses, apply 1 to 2 drops to each contact lens before placing it in the eyes, rather than putting the drops directly into the eyes.

Step 3: Close the bottle with the cap after use.

To avoid infections, the same bottle of HYLO-VISION ^® HD should not be used by multiple people.

Contact lenses

Contact lens wearers are often affected by dry, irritated eyes. Contact lenses disrupt the structure of the tear film, which means that the tear fluid on the surface of the eye evaporates more quickly. This dries out the surface of the eye. It is no longer supplied with sufficient oxygen and can be damaged. HYLO-VISION ^® HD with hyaluronic acid and allantoin is suitable for moistening the surface of the eyes . The eye drops can also be used while wearing contact lenses and significantly improve wearing comfort.


SCREEN WORK

People who often work on computers or use cell phones and tablets intensively in their free time are more likely to suffer from dry, irritated and tired eyes. The reason: When you concentrate on looking at the screen, you blink less often; due to the lower blink frequency, the surface of the eye is wetted with less tear fluid. TIP: If you work a lot on the screen, briefly look away from the monitor every ten minutes and look into the distance. Blink consciously a few times to moisten your eyes with tears.

EXTERNAL INFLUENCES

Low humidity caused by dry heating air in winter or ventilation by air conditioning are among the typical triggers for dry eyes.
