Magne B6 Forte is a drug that is indicated for use in supplementing magnesium and/or vitamin B6 deficiencies in the body. Intended for adults and children over 6 years of age. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency may include nervousness, mood swings, lethargy, muscle cramps, tingling and twitching of the eyelids. Its deficiencies may also be evidenced by heart palpitations or gastrointestinal cramps.



Magne B6 Forte 60 tablets properties



Magne B6 Forte contains magnesium ions and pyridoxine hydrochloride. Magnesium is a cation that is necessary for the proper course of numerous biochemical processes in the body. Its biological role is to activate many enzymes. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. It helps in the proper functioning of muscles and in maintaining electrolyte balance. It also has a beneficial effect on the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintaining proper psychological functions. It also helps maintain healthy bones and teeth and plays a role in the process of cell division. It is only partially absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, and the extent of its absorption depends on its content in food.


Magne B6 Forte 60 tablets Composition



1 coated tablet contains
active substances: 100 mg of magnesium ions in the form of magnesium citrate and 10 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). Excipients: anhydrous lactose, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate; shell composition: hypromellose, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc



Use Magne B6 Forte 60 tablets



Children aged 6 years or more (body weight approx. 20 kg): 10 to 30 mg / kg of body weight per day, i.e. 2 - 4 tablets. per day. in 2-3 divided doses. Adults: 3 to 4 tablets a day in 2-3 divided doses. Magne B6 Forte should be taken during meals with water.



Important Magne B6 Forte 60 tablets information



The drug is contraindicated in case of allergy to active substances or any of its other ingredients. It should not be used in severe renal failure and in concomitant use of levodopa. Magne B6 Forte should be stored at room temperature, out of reach of children.
