Icelandic lichen (Icelandic lung) is a source of polysaccharides and mucous compounds that coat the mucous throat, larynx and vocal cords. Vitamin D helps to maintain the proper functioning of the immune system, and also supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Nordisept Iceland Lichen supplement with vitamin C flavored blackcurrant intended for use as a supplement to your daily diet with vitamin C and Icelandic lichen extract. The preparation is dedicated to adults, adolescents and children over 6 years of age.

Recommended daily dose for children from 6 to 12 years of age: three pills. Suck one lozenge three times a day. Recommended daily dose for adolescents over 12 years of age and for adults: six tablets. Suck one pill six times a day. The tablet should be sucked until it dissolves completely. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
