Senna (Cassia Senna L.) is a small shrub, also known as the mother leaf. Even ancient peoples used various types of hay as a laxative.

Supports intestinal peristalsis , thanks to the senosides contained in it. They provoke the lining of the colon, causing muscle contraction, which in turn leads to bowel movements.

Senna Leaves Application:

Contributes to the normal functioning of the intestines from 6 to 12 hours after ingestion.

Senna Leaves Notes:

Do not use for nausea or vomiting, unless recommended by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you notice a change in bowel function that lasts for more than 2 weeks. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and complete diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.


Senna Leaves Dosage:

For adults and children over 12 years - 2-4 capsules 1-2 times a day. For children from 2 to 12 years - one capsule. For children under 2 years, consult a doctor. Frequent use can lead to addiction.
