Action of Colon Ibesol powder:

A one-component preparation containing powdered psyllium husk with a fiber content of 85%. Dietary supplement Colon Ibesol powder is a product recommended as a supplement to the daily diet for people who want to take care of the proper functioning of the intestines and keep them in good condition. Plantain ovoid helps to regulate the intestines and supports defecation. The preparation is recommended in particular for people who want to enrich their daily diet with an additional source of fiber, people on the LOW FODMAP diet (recommended for irritable bowel syndrome) and people who, for health reasons, cannot take products with highly fermentable fiber (e.g. arabinogalactan , inulin)

Application:
Dietary supplement Colon Ibesol powder intended for use as a supplement to the daily diet in the shell of the plantain seed. For use in adults, adolescents and children over 6 years of age.

Additional information:
A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute, i.e. a replacement for a varied diet. Maintaining a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle is very important. Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the dietary supplement.

How to use Colon Ibesol powder:

The recommended daily dose for adolescents over 12 years of age and adults: 5g. Use 2.5 g (one flat teaspoon) twice a day (morning and evening). The recommended daily dose for children over 6 years of age: 2.5 g. Mix the measured amount of the preparation with liquid (water, juice) and drink it immediately after preparation. You can also add the powder to yoghurt or other dishes. Please note that the minimum fluid intake for every 2.5g of powder is 125ml. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
