  • Gynolacta medical device are vaginal tablets containing natural lactic acid. The preparation is recommended for the treatment and prophylaxis of bacterial vaginosis. The tablets help to restore the proper pH of the vagina.

Gynolacta composition:

Active substance: lactic acid. One vaginal tablet contains: 50 mg of lactic acid and the other ingredients: calcium lactate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lactose, talc, magnesium stearate

Gynolact action:

Lactic acid is an ingredient that helps to restore and maintain the natural pH of the vagina. The acidic environment limits the development of pathogenic bacteria, while as a result of physiological pH disturbance and the multiplication of pathogenic bacteria, bacterial vaginosis occurs. Factors that increase the risk of disrupting the natural bacterial flora of the vagina are antibiotic therapy, heavy menstruation, the use of tampons, intrauterine insertion, intercourse, menopause, excessive intimate hygiene. Gynolacta medical device in the form of vaginal tablets with natural lactic acid is recommended for topical treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Tablets act to normalize the abnormal secretion. The preparation can also be used as part of the prevention of this type of infection, as well as after treatment of vaginal fungal infections.

Application:
A Gynolacta medical device intended for use in the treatment and prophylaxis of bacterial vaginosis. The preparation is suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Additional information:
Keep the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. The product does not contain dyes, an unscented formula.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the medical device. Do not use if spotting and strong itching or pain in the vagina.

How to use Gynolacta vaginal tablets:

The tablet should be inserted deep into the vagina. Apply the night before going to bed. Bacterial vaginosis: use one tablet for 7 consecutive days. Prevention of bacterial vaginosis: apply one tablet for 3 consecutive days. After treatment of fungal infections: apply one tablet for 3 consecutive days. If necessary, the treatment can be extended or the treatment can be repeated.
