WHAT IS PERIOD PAIN?
Period pain can interfere with everyday life, for example at school or at work. The pelvic pain is usually at its worst when or just before your period starts and usually subsides within the next 2 to 3 days. During ovulation, about 14 days before the onset of the period, the so-called middle pain can also occur, which manifests itself as a stabbing, one-sided pain in the abdomen.
