Composition of hair loss, biotin, brittle nails Biotifem 5mg:

Active substance: biotin (Biotinum). Each tablet contains 5 mg of biotin and auxiliary substances: isomalt and magnesium stearate.

Action Biotifem 5mg hair loss, biotin, brittle nails:

One tablet of Biotifem 5 mg contains as much as 5000 mg of biotin. It is an active substance belonging to the B group water-soluble vitamins. Biotin supports the processes of keratin formation and the processes of differentiation of epidermal cells, nails and hair, thanks to which it improves their condition. The drug is indicated for use in the treatment of biotin deficiency. Biotin deficiency may manifest itself in nail and hair growth disorders, excessive hair loss, nail brittleness, inflammation of the skin around the mouth, nose, eyes and perineum. The drug helps to prevent the consequences of deficiencies.

Application:
Biotifem 5 mg indicated for use in the treatment of biotin deficiency and their symptoms. The drug is recommended to be used after excluding other potential causes of symptoms such as hair loss, brittle nails, inflammation around the eyes, mouth, nose.

Additional information:
Store the product out of reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. Before starting the use of the drug, it is recommended to consult a doctor. The drug affects the results of laboratory tests, so you should inform your doctor about the use of biotin, it may be necessary to discontinue use of the preparation before planned tests. Use in children and adolescents: only on medical prescription. The drug contains isomalt: 293.50 mg of isomalt in each tablet, therefore people with known intolerance to certain sugars should consult a doctor before using the preparation. Anticonvulsants (phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, primidone) and alcohol reduce the concentration of biotin in the blood. Steroid hormones can accelerate the process of biotin breakdown in tissues. Valproic acid inhibits the breakdown of biotin. Antibiotics can reduce the concentration and potency of biotin. While taking the drug, you should not consume raw egg white at the same time (it can inhibit the absorption of biotin). Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: consult your doctor before using the drug, but do not use the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as it contains a dose of biotin significantly exceeding the recommended daily intake for women during this period.

Contraindications:
