• For a full bath with 100 liters of water, there are 30 milliliters of Pinimenthol Cold Bath. The solution is added to the incoming water.
• The recommended water temperature is between 36 and 38 degrees Celsius.
• A cold bath should last a maximum of 20 minutes.
• If you have a fever, you should not take a warm full bath.

Pinimenthol Cold Bath contains essential oils from eucalyptus, camphor and levomenthol. Essential oils are highly volatile. That means: They spread quickly in the air. During bathing, this volatile mixture of substances is distributed over the surface of the water and can thus better reach the respiratory tract.
